Refund Policy for Humjoli Foundation

1. Donations

Non-Refundable: All donations made to Humjoli Foundation, through our official website or other authorized channels, are non-refundable. Contributions play a critical role in sustaining our programs, and each donation helps us to continue our impact in the communities we serve. We encourage all donors to consider their contributions carefully.

2. Event and Program Fees

Cancellation by Participant: If a participant cancels their registration for a paid event or program, a partial refund may be issued based on the timing of the cancellation:
o Full Refund: Cancellation within 7 days of payment or more than 10 days before the event.
o 50% Refund: Cancellation between 5-10 days before the event.
o No Refund: Cancellations made less than 5 days before the event.

• Cancellation by Humjoli Foundation: If we cancel an event or program, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.

3. Corporate Workshops and Trainings

• Rescheduling: Corporate clients may request to reschedule a workshop or training session up to 10 days in advance at no additional cost.
• Refunds: For cancellations, a 50% refund will be issued if the cancellation is made at least 10 days before the scheduled date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 10 days before the event.

4. Changes to the Refund Policy

Humjoli Foundation reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time to reflect changes in our operations, financial policies, or donor feedback.
