At Humjoli Foundation, we believe that empowering volunteers, educators and community leaders is key to creating a lasting impact in menstrual health awareness.
Our Train-the-Trainer program is designed to equip volunteers and teachers with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to conduct effective and empathetic menstrual health and hygiene sessions in their communities.
Through this program, we provide in-depth training on key menstrual health topics, including biological basics, hygiene practices, myth-busting, and sustainable product options. Trainers learn not only about the content but also about the best practices in delivering it in an engaging and culturally sensitive way. Our program emphasizes interactive teaching techniques, storytelling, and open discussions to create a comfortable and approachable learning environment for participants.
Trainers also receive comprehensive resources and materials, including session guides, visual aids, and activity prompts, which help them tailor their sessions to diverse audiences, such as young girls, rural women, or even mixed-gender groups.
Together, we are building a network of informed advocates who can sustain and expand menstrual health education in communities across India.
