Dr. Sania Siddiqui is a certified Health & Wellness Coach with experience and expertise in areas of clinical practice, preventive healthcare and medical content writing.

Dr. Siddiqui is passionate about spreading awareness around menstrual health and hygiene amid young girls and women. She conducts sessions and workshops in organisations and schools/colleges to imparts the much-needed knowledge about menstrual health and issues related with it.

She has reached to more than 25000 women and girls through her educational and awareness gatherings, conducted over 200 online and ground sessions, trained more than 350 volunteers and distributed 50000+ sanitary pads so far.

For her exemplary work in this field, she is conferred with ‘Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao Award’ in 2018.

Dr. Siddiqui is also a successful health & lifestyle blogger. Her blog all things GUD! is amongst the top blogs in health and lifestyle category. She has been writing for several prestigious online and offline publications incessantly about health, fitness, wellness, parenting, lifestyle and more for the past 15 years.  

She has written an interesting and informative book covering all aspects of menstruation in Hindi.

The book – Tinki, Pinki Aur Aam Ka Achaar, is a fun read; story of two adolescent friends who can’t stop sharing their experiences of school and life, and along with talk about different aspects of menstruation and growing up.
